Complete is a planned bundle of Terrain Creator, Biomes, Vegetation, Roads & Trails, Rivers & Lakes and Weather. The tools have implementations in the project, but the final bundle contents, exported assets, pricing and release availability remain to be confirmed. It is a bundle rather than a separate authoring system.

- WorldOfPangea BiomesCompose reusable landscape regions from painting, vegetation and prefab content.
- WorldOfPangea VegetationDistribute plants and trees with graphs, using native Terrain or Pangea rendering.
- WorldOfPangea Roads & TrailsBuild spline roads and trails with terrain shaping and reusable road profiles.
- WorldOfPangea Rivers & LakesCreate river surfaces and closed-shoreline lakes with terrain shaping.
- WorldOfPangea WeatherAdd changing weather, precipitation, lightning and sound to Pangea skies.
