Free provides the shared WorldOfPangea foundation: single-tile landscape setup, terrain stamps, spline terrain shaping and painting, and graph-based texture masks. Terrain Creator extends this foundation with multi-tile authoring and advanced terrain tools. Customer content and release validation are still being finalised.
